1 dead body, 1 careful owner....

spotted on Gumtree.com:

"hello ive had a thought one day im gonna die, n to be honest the thought of my family fighting over what to do with me is enough to make any soul scream in limbo for years so to that end anyone who wants it can have me dead body.

i wont me around to deliver but i thought of this i could carry a card with ur name and address and should i leap of this mortal coil i could be sent to you or u can pick me up.

all bits n pieces working fine time of advert and has no problem being broken up n used for spare parts or even that ornamentall garden feature that your friends will be talking about for years.

in return make me an offer a nice one please concidering what u r getting....i would love a brilliant pc, driving lessons or something that will tickle me fancy...think about it the nicer you treat me, the nicer u would feel about having me stuffed and mounted like a wild beast.

so get your thinking caps out people, hope u all ok phil :)"

anyone?

" Having mashed up Shoreditch last month with Nicolette, Ari Up, DJ
Flight and May Anne Hobbs, BASH returns with another mouthwatering line up The Bug throws down the gauntlet to London's finest Dub Poets for some serious word sound power. Altered Vibes recording artist Roger Robinson, Kode 9 collaborator Space Ape and 'Poetry Kitchen' head honcho Malika will be steppin up to the mic with words of rootic wisdom(With additional surprise guests in the house). Meanwhile Big Dada label artist/Roots Manuva Remixer and pioneer of "disposable graffiti" Part 2, takes time out to promote his forthcoming New Flesh album 'Universally Dirty', by throwing down some bass heavy waist grinders. Banksy merkage

Supposedly... I believe it's actually by an artist named Arofish, inspired by / with reference to Byron:

"She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that's best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes:
Thus mellowed to that tender light
Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impaired the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress,
Or softly lightens o'er her face;
Where thoughts serenely sweet express
How pure, how dear their dwelling place.

And on that cheek, and o'er that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent!"

I couldn't figure out quite what he was about but it was highly amusing and definitely unique. Must be the first time I've ever heard music made through an old skool Game-boy. Whoever said performance art was dead? I've tried to forget one of the other bands that played. All I remember is thinking 'this is what armageddon sounds like.'
